In the will he bequeaths the lease of his farm in Much Waltham(Great Waltham) to wife Margaret and names his nine children: Thomas,John, Edward, Andrew, a daughter (possibly Mary who married Emmaston), Margery, Elisabeth, Margaret and Joan. He refers to himself as a "husbandman" and was apparently a man of considerable prominence in the community and a man of thrift. He is believed to be the son of Thomas Warner
