"Ashmores Retirement". near Dublin, was sutveted for him December 30, 1743. It was "at two bounded white oaks standing near a branch called Greencoats Branch", a large stream between Deer Creek and Broad Creek in Baltomore CO., (now Harford CO.), MD.
Note here that I (Ron Custer) have assummed that Walter and Richard Ashmore, who married Margery Lindley, were brothers.

Thomas Bigelow m. July, 1705, Mary Livermore, of Watertown. He probablycame to the place about the time of his marriage, and like his brothersJohn and Samuel, located upon the "Alcocke Farm." In 1711, whenprotection against the Indians was important, and the families wereassigned to different garrisons, the three Bigelow families were assignedto Joseph Morse's garrison.
